    • Low Season (November–March): In the low season, cruises depart every 45 minutes between 10:15 AM and 9:30 PM. From 4:00 PM onward, departures increase to every 30 minutes. During school holidays, an additional 10:00 PM departure is also available.

    • Cancellation of at least 24 hrs before travel date: 100% refund
    • Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellations falling outside of the above policy are strictly non-refundable
